Volée

Terms of Use

Last updated 24 September 2026

These are the terms for using the Volée app on Android and iPhone: what we do, what we expect of everybody who plays, and what happens when somebody does not keep to it.

Volée is operated by Sound Enterprises Private Limited ("Volée", "we", "us"). You can reach us at scubehq@gmail.com.

1. The deal, in plain words

Volée organises padel between people. We keep the sheet, work out the levels and tell everybody what is on. We do not play the match, own the court or supervise anybody on it.

Creating an account, or using the app, means accepting what is below. If you do not, do not use it.

2. Who can use it

You need to be sixteen or over and giving us a phone number that is actually yours. One account each: a second account is how a level gets gamed, and both go when we find them.

3. Community rules

Be the person you would want on the far side of the net. Volée has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive users.

The rules cover everything you put in the app: your name, handle, photograph and bio, your messages, posts and comments, and the names, venues and notes on the games and draws you create.

That means no harassment or bullying. No hate aimed at anybody for who they are. No sexual content. No threats or violence, and nothing that encourages either. No impersonating anybody. No spam, scams or advertising. And no cheating the rating, whether that is a result that was never played, a score agreed to move a level, or a second account.

You can report any player, and anything a player wrote, and you can block anyone. We review every report within 24 hours.

Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account behind it is suspended or removed. We act on what we find ourselves as well as on what is reported. Some words are refused automatically, and nothing that contains one is saved or shown to anybody.

And you can always leave: delete your account at any time in Settings, then Delete account.

4. Levels are an estimate

Your level is calculated from the results you and your opponents agree to. It is an estimate of how you play, it moves, and it is not a qualification, a ranking anybody official recognises, or a promise about any particular evening.

A band on a match is the organiser's filter, not a rule we enforce for them. They decide who plays.

5. Turning up

A seat you take is a commitment three other people have arranged their evening around. Not turning up can be reported by the people who were there, and repeated no-shows are recorded against your account and can end it.

Leave a game you cannot make while there is still time for somebody else to take the spot.

6. What you put in

Your photograph, your bio and your messages stay yours. You give us permission to show them inside the app to the people they are meant for, which is what publishing them to a court sheet means. We do not sell them or license them on.

You are responsible for what you post, and it has to keep to the community rules. Only upload a photograph you have the right to use.

7. Money and courts

The app is free to use and takes no payment. Court booking is not switched on, so nothing here holds a court or charges for one; an entry fee on a draw is an arrangement between you and whoever put it up, settled between yourselves.

8. What we are responsible for

We run the service carefully but we do not promise it is always available or always right: scores are typed in by players, and a level follows from them.

Padel is a sport played on a hard surface at speed. You play at your own risk, and we are not responsible for injury, for what happens at a venue we do not run, or for how anybody behaves on court.

Nothing here limits anything that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending it

Delete your account whenever you like, in Settings, then Delete account. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. Either way, games already played stay on everybody else's record. Draws the account hosted do not: they are deleted with it, finished ones included.

You can also delete it on the web at volee.in/legal/delete-account with your number and password. The privacy policy says what goes and what stays.

These terms are governed by Indian law.

10. This website

This website describes Volée and the app. Its words, photographs and marks are ours or used with permission, so please ask before reusing them. Where it links to somebody else's site, we do not run that site and are not responsible for it.

11. Changes and contact

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the app when a change is significant.
