Delete your Volée account

The quickest way is inside the app, on Android and iPhone alike: Settings, then Delete account. If you cannot open the app, you can delete your account on this page instead.

In the app

  1. Open Volée and go to the You tab.
  2. Tap the gear for Settings, then Delete account at the bottom.
  3. Read what goes and what stays, type DELETE, and press Delete my account.

It is the same on Android and iPhone. The app signs you out as soon as your account is gone, and forgets everything it kept on the phone for you.

On the web

Sign in with the phone number and password you use in the app. This deletes your account for good.

What happens

The same whichever way you delete.

Deleted straight away: your sign-in and profile, profile photos, level and rating history, follows and blocks, chat messages you sent, notifications and settings, feed posts with the comments and reactions on them, your comments and reactions on other posts, season progress and achievements, and your places in draws that have not started. Games you organised that have not started are called off, and everyone on them is told. Your seat on other people's upcoming games is given back. Draws you host are deleted, and anyone entered in one that is not over yet is told.

What stays: games you played remain on the other players' records without a link to your account, though the name shown on those match sheets can remain. So does your place in a draw that has already started. Reports you made, and any made about you, stay with us without a link to your account. Full details are in the privacy policy.

Can't sign in?

Forgotten your password, or no longer have the app or the number? Email scubehq@gmail.com with the phone number on the account and we will confirm it is yours before deleting it.
